Business taught at art college?
Here's a good article from the Seattle post on how many artists are learning business skills in order to become entrepreneurs and make the most of the Web and other business media.
I think more UK art colleges should be teaching business skills as a part of art degrees, otherwise I cannot see how art can be taught as a serious subject. My business knowledge has been gained after leaving art college, I think I could have benefited from gaining this knowledge during my art education.
