Ladies shoes #2
These are high-heels shoes that were donated by a friend for the subject of my drawing.
There were some really nice curves and shapes on the shoes, I am pleased with some of the forms I achieved, they are rather simple shapes to draw, their swirling side pattern and the open top of the shoe combine with the heel and sole shape that encourages you to draw them using continuous lines.
I have found few, if any examples of drawings of ladies shoes by famous artists. It seems that male artists are more likely to draw their own shoes and female artists are drawn to other subject matter.
