Installations

I like to bring objects to life and to incorporate some of their physical aspects into the drawings I make of them.Using disposable, non-precious materials like cardboard, palette board and poster paint, I’ve made my own objects (see number banners) and animated life into them; in the process of trying to create an illusion of life, I’ve gained some insight into what life might be.

Bringing the idea of installation and drawings together I try to use the physicality of cardboard to bring drawings to life and better interact with the space they are in.
